McCann Collection: United Kingdom (1947)
A collection of one box of programmes from the McCann collection, from 1947. The collection contains programmes from concerts given in the United Kingdom. The programmes were collected by the concert agent Norman McCann (1920-1999).

The contents of the collection are as follows:

Royal Albert Hall – 57 programmes; 2 prospectuses
The collection includes nine programmes and a prospectus from the Henry Wood Promenade concerts summer season, as well as a prospectus and two programmes from the winter series of promenade Concerts.

The collection includes 12 programmes given by the Scottish Orchestra, which were organised under the auspices of the Edinburgh Concert Society.
