Description
A collection of one box of programmes from Morley College, from 1921 to 2001. The majority of programmes are from post-1950. The college is currently located at 61 Westminster Bridge Road.
The concerts took place in a number of venues within the college, including the Emma Cons Hall, Holst Room and the Studio Theatre.
There are a number of programmes from opera performances, given by the Morley Opera Group. The remainder of programmes in the collection are largely from chamber concerts, but there are also programmes from orchestral concerts, choral concerts and theatrical performances.
The collection contains programmes related to Gustav Holst. There is a programme from a student concert that Holst conducted in 1921; there is a programme from a "Holst Memorial Concert" given by the college choir and orchestra in 1935.

Building Information
The CPH collections now form part of the RCM Library. The majority of the concert programme collections are stored off-site so you need to request items before arriving. Requests for programmes are processed on Thursday for delivery to the library the following week. The Library itself is open Monday to Friday during term times and Tuesday to Friday during vacations.
