English Provinces: Cheltenham: Montpellier Rotunda (1833-1951)
A collection of four programmes from the Montpellier Rotunda, from 1833 to 1951.

The concert was entitled "Morning Concert" and presented by Mr. Dorn. The concert included instrumental and vocal items, including music for harp, flute, horn and piano. The concert included the following performers: Pio Cianchettini (piano and conductor); Mr D'Arcis (flute); Miss Powell (vocalist); Mr Gustavus Holst (harp); Mr Dorn (horn); Mr Klussman (horn).

The concert was entitled "Grand Morning Concert" and presented by Madame and Signor Garcia. The concert featured vocal solos and small ensembles. The vocalists were as follows: Madame Garcia, Mr Sapio, Mr Lacroix and Mr Conrad Boisragon. Instrumentalists were listed as Mr Pio Cianchettini (also listed as a conductor), Mr Baumann (bassoon, and the concert also included some of his own compositions) and Signor Garcia (conductor).

The concert was entitled "Grand Morning Concert". The majority of items in the concert were solo vocal items. The concert included the following performers: Signor Rubini, Signor Nigri and Madame Persiani. In addition, Signor Puzzi (horn) and Mr Pio Cianchettini (pianoforte) featured in the concert. The concert was conducted by Signor Nigri.

Building Information
The CPH collections now form part of the RCM Library. The majority of the concert programme collections are stored off-site so you need to request items before arriving. Requests for programmes are processed on Thursday for delivery to the library the following week. The Library itself is open Monday to Friday during term times and Tuesday to Friday during vacations.
