Programme books (with words and notes, including biographical notes (with photographs) and a list of the orchestral ensemble), for six performances given by the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain at Symphony Hall, Birmingham, between 2000 and 2005.

Also, two copies of a leaflet (with outline programmes, introductory note and a list of the ensemble) for the Sapporo Symphony Orchestra UK Tour of 2001 and a Souvenir Brochure (with programmes and notes, including historical and biographical notes with photographs) for the Royal College of Organists Performer of the Year competition, held at Symphony Hall, St. Chad's Cathedral and St. Philip's Cathedral, Birmingham between 16 and 21 September 2002.
