A collection of handbills and programmes for performances presented by the Committee for the Promotion of New Music and given at the E.M.I. Studios, 3 Abbey Road, London between 1948 and 1953, held loosely and arranged chronologically across boxes 30 to 32 of the Ernst Henschel collection (1892–1966), including programmes for the Experimental Rehearsals of New Orchestral Works nos. 14-19 and 21-22 (see below) and a programme for the 100th Studio Recital given on 5 October 1948 (box 30/i).

1 October 1948: No.14. given by the London Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Muir Mathieson, Norman del Mar and Lawrence Leonard (box 30/i).
31 March, 16 November and 30 December 1949: Nos.15-17 given by the Kalmar Chamber Orchestra (conducted by Matyas Seiber) and the London Philharmonic Orchestra (conducted by Sir Adrian Boult and Lawrence Leonard) (box 30/ii).
25 May and 12 October 1950: Nos.18-19, given by the Goldsbrough Orchestra, conducted by John Hollingsworth and Lawrence Leonard (box 31/i).
21 March 1952: No. 21, given by the London Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Sir Adrian Boult, Norman del Mar and John Hollingsworth (box 32/i).
30 April 1953: No.22, given by the Jan Sedivka Chamber Orchestra, conducted by Jan Sedivka (box 32/ii).

Note: there are further programmes for performances given in this series held as part of the Henschel Collection. See the records for the Royal College of Music (no.2, 1944) and Royal Academy of Music (no.3, 1944), the Town Hall, St. Pancras (no.11, 1947) and the Queen Mary Hall (no.13, 1948). The most consistent run of programmes is for those held at the Royal Festival Hall (nos.25-34, 1954-60, missing that for no. 33).
