Edinburgh Orchestral Festival (1873-1891):
Collection of 38 programmes (some duplicates) from the Edinburgh Orchestral Festival, instituted in 1869 and promoting 2 concerts in February annually. All concerts feature Charles Hallé (pianist and conductor) with his orchestra and various soloists, including Madame Norman-Neruda (Lady Hallé) (violin), Anna Williams (soprano), and Edward Lloyd (tenor) among others. Programmes usually list names of all orchestral players and soloists, and sometimes contain song texts. No venue named.

Quinlan Subscription Concerts (1919-21):
2 programmes from the 1919-20 and 1920-21 seasons of the Quinlan Subscription Concerts. The 1st is from a UK tour (20/2/20 in Edinburgh), the 2nd from a series of 5 concerts given at the Usher Hall in Edinburgh (16/10/20-19/3/21). Both concerts performed by the Sir Thomas Beecham Orchestra and conducted by Albert Coates with various soloists. Programmes contain portraits and biographies of performers, analytical notes, and song texts.
